We try to ensure speedy and efficient shipping of your orders, after you place an order we will email you to confirm shipping details. If you are ordering internationally we may, in some cases, have to reach out for additional shipping fees as the market conditions are changing rapidly. If you have any concerns about your shipment please contact us by email and someone will get back to you shortly. We are a small business, so typically take the weekends off, if you don't receive a reply over the weekend, we will get back to it as soon as possible once we are back in the office.

If your order arrives damaged we will access the damage and repair or replace the item at no to minimal cost for the customer. The assessment of the damage is solely up to our discretion and all decisions are final.
